Licensing Agreement

Please read this license agreement carefully, as it governs your relationship with NGramdata. In this agreement, NGramdata may also be referred to as “we” or “us”, along with any products developed by NGramdata, which may also be referred to as the “Software”. This agreement may be referred to as the “Agreement” or as the “Terms of Service”. By purchasing our product(s), you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms of Service without prior notice or consent.

Warranty

Software sold and distributed by NGramdata is done so in the hope that the software will be useful, but without any warranty or even the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. You use the software at your own risk.

Automatic software updates

With a purchased a NGramdata subscription, you will receive regular automatic updates for the duration of your subscription and while your license remains active and valid.

Support services

For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, support will be provided for the duration that the subscription remains active. Whilst we attempt to provide the best support possible for our software, we do not guarantee that any specific support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a timeframe that the inquirer is completely satisfied.

Support and updates will be provided for the duration that NGramdata products are actively in development. NGramdata will no longer be responsible for providing support for products should NGramdata be purchased or bought out by another company.

Product delivery

After we have processed your payment successfully, you will receive an email with your order number and other purchase information. Should you not receive an email containing your information, you can contact us to request your purchase information. Access to re-download purchased files or registration codes will be granted for the duration that your subscription continues to renew automatically.

Ownership

All products are the property of NGramdata. Claiming any type of intellectual or exclusive ownership rights of our products is strictly prohibited. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur due to the use or inability to use our products.

All content found on this site and throughout the software including images, documentation, support queries and any other information is the property of NGramdata and may not be redistributed without written permission or consent.

Pricing, billing & privacy

NGramdata reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a product subscription without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties. All data we collect will be used for internal purposes only.

Dispute resolution

You agree that in any dispute, your sole and entire remedy is a cancellation of your subscription.

Cancellation Policy

We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the product unusable, your subscription can be cancelled at any time. Product updates will be available until the end of the set payment period, after which time availability will be terminated. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for cancelled subscriptions. Please note that by purchasing products from our site, you agree to the terms of our cancellation policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.

Intellectual property

You may not copy, distribute, or otherwise infringe upon our intellectual property without our express written permission.

Severability

If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
