NGramdata software is digitally signed through a Sectigo Code Signing Certificate (formerly Comodo CA), which authenticates the safe downloading of executable programs for Windows.
Sectigo is the world's largest commercial certificate authority with more than 700,000 customers, over 20 years of experience and more than 100 million software authentication certificates issues.
A code signing certificate guarantees that software is developed by a reputable party, removes operating system security warnings and monitors files for unauthorised alteration or -compromise - similar to a protective shrink wrap covering on store-purchased products.
The NGramdata download .exe can be checked for digital authentication: From the NGramdata Pricing page, click the "Free Trial" download button, select "Save file" from the resultant message notification and click OK to download the NGramdata Tracker.zip file to any web browser. Right click the downloaded file from the browser downloads drop down and select "Open containing folder" or similar. Right click the .zip file in the containing folder and select "Extract all"- this will open a message notification - click "Extract" which will extract the .zip file to an NGramdata Tracker.exe file. Right click the NGramdata Tracker.exe, select Properties > Digital Signatures. Under Signature list, select the Signature, and click Details. You will see information regarding the code signing certificate that was used to sign the executable.
No. Tracker functionality in the free trial is exactly the same in scope, speed and processing/output volume as in the Business- or Enterprise paid subscription versions. In Enterprise subscription versions, the only additional functionality is in client-requested customisations.
Click the Free Trial button on the NGramdata web Pricing page under the "14 Day Trial" subscription option. Select "Save file" from the resultant message notification and click OK to download the NGramdata Tracker.zip file to any web browser. Double click the downloaded .zip file from the browser downloads drop down. A Windows folder window will open containing the NGramdata Tracker.exe installation file. Double click the NGramdata Tracker.exe file to open the NGramdata Tracker installation wizard on the desktop and follow instructions.
When clicking on the NGramdata Tracker exe file for download, you may get several antivirus warning messages. Security packages may err on the side of caution. Click through all warning screens - the Tracker installation exe file will be cleared for installation.

Only one application download and install package is made available by NGramdata. When subscribing to a paid pricing plan (i.e. Business or Enterprise) - download, install and use the free trial. A subscription welcome email will contain a URL link to a registration code that can be typed or copied anywhere into the Tracker application text window upon free trial expiry. This will unlock the Tracker trial installation as paid subscription.
No. As no credit card details are required to initiate the free trial, no payments are taken automatically when the free trial period ends.
Download, install and use the Tracker 14 Day Free Trial application. On expiration of the free trial period the Tracker interface will prompt for a registration code.
Click on any of the Purchase buttons on the NGramdata website Pricing page for either the Business or Enterprise application packages. Make sure Item Name and Item Price details are correct, enter required personal information into the relevant fields under "Personal Info" and create a user account as well as account password under "Create an account". Enter payment credit card information under "Credit Card info" as well as complete "Billing Details". Click the Complete Purchase button to effect a secure SSL encrypted payment transaction.
The NGramdata Purchase Receipt welcoming e-mail will contain a link that will guide to a URL to access the paid registration code. Type or paste this registration code anywhere into the NGramdata Tracker interface window. The Tracker application will register itself with the NGramdata server as a fully paid subscription and content feed will resume.
The paid access registration code link can also be found at the bottom of the "Thank you for your purchase" URL page directly after payment, as well as under "Downloads" on the "My Account" URL page after signing into your NGramdata user account at any time.

No. Bulk discounts are applied to all subsequent monthly subscription transactions.
Use the "Remove" function to remove one of the Business subscription line entries and then use the dropdown box for bulk adjustments. Checkout cart calculations are confused by multiple line entries for the same subscription product package.
Yes - when using the web browser back button on the checkout page ALWAYS navigate back to the Pricing page before checkout changes are made. Ignore all previous checkout pages.
Alternatively, just click "Pricing" on the Checkout page top menu to go directly back to the Pricing page.
Currently NGramdata allows for one customisation request per each Enterprise account. Customisation can involve NGramdata sourcing up to a million source URL's specifically for each request - this takes up extensive resources. Scope of customisation requests are set fairly widely, but are currently limited to not more than one industry UK-wide per each request.
Per request and through an Enterprise subscription, NGramdata will set up a customised Tracker URL source population (up to a few million URL's) to match customer specifications for real time news feeds in the UK - i.e. tracking latest website changes for tens of thousands of restaurants, bistro's, hotels, B & B's and coffee shops - or feeds covering news on all movie theatres countrywide, etc.
Powerful search filter hierarchies can then be built through clone trees across these populations. Customisation requests can be sent to the NGramdata team via the Contact form.
Once logged in to the relevant customer Account, the existing subscription (i.e Business) can be cancelled per the NGramdata customer subscriptions dashboard. A new subscription (i.e. Enterprise) can be set up through the Pricing page whilst still logged in. Alternatively, send an instruction to the NGramdata team from the NGramdata website Contact page.
Yes - it is seen as an Upgrade. When subscription payments for the Enterpise package starts, the Business subscription becomes free. If the "upgraded" Enterprise version is cancelled for any reason in the future, the Business subscription will revert to "non-free" - charged at the original subscription price.
Currently Stripe is used to process online payments. Visa, Mastercard, American Express cards and Discover (US only) are accepted. Credit card information is processed off-site to the highest of international Security and Privacy requirements.
NGramdata uses the industry-leading payment processing platform Stripe and is only able to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express cards and Discover (US only) as form of payment.
Once logged in via the customer Account page, payment details can be updated from within the profile or subscription tabs.
Given the fact that the full unlimited Tracker application is free for use during a set trial period, a refund is not offered on the initial purchase made. A subscription can be cancelled at any time by logging into the relevant customer account and accessing the subscriptions dashboard.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time once a purchase has been made. Log in to the customer Account page to access the subscriptions dashboard. On the subscriptions tab, click on CANCEL to cancel the subscription. Downloads of the product registration codes will still be available until the end of the payment period, after which downloads will no longer be accessible from the subscriptions dashboard. Alternatively, send an instruction to the NGramdata team via the website Contact page. Subscriptions can be reactivated at any time through the subscriptions dashboard.
